far in providing new affordable housing supply in Tamworth through
the garage development programme and acquisition of units built
through section106 agreements. It requests approval to continue to
deliver new supply through Council new build, acquisition and
partnership working with registered providers. This report also
considers the plans for retained garage sites which are unsuitable
for development.
