The Social Housing (regulation) Bill and the
Councils self assessments against proposed consumer standards
remains underway for its council housing services. Ten(10) of the
proposed twenty-two(22) Tenant Satisfaction Measures are subject to
regulations and require submission in April, this report will set
out the continued arrangements and preparations for changing
regulation.
