District Council's (LDC) proposed local plan on the grounds that
the duty to cooperate had not been complied with. LDC are seeking
to overcome the objection through the use of a statement of common
ground. Delegated authority is sought to the appropriate level to
negotiate the Statement of Common Ground and sign it on behalf of
the Council.
