The pilot scheme will detail proposals to
introduce an enhanced housing management service to reduce the
likelihood of anti-social behaviour and associated incidents within
the above block. It is intended to run from April 2018-April 2019
where upon a full impact assessment will be undertaken to assess
whether the service represents VFM and can continue on a
charged-for basis.
