In accordance with the requirements of the
Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, the Council must prepare
an Annual Monitoring Report for the period 1 April to 31 March and
then submit the report by 31 December of the same year to
Department for Communities and Local Government.The Annual
Monitoring Report assesses the implementation of the Local
Development Scheme and assessment of Local Plan policies for
2010-2011.
