standard; landlords are required to co-operate with LA's strategic
housing function to support and meet identified local housing
needs. This pilot is therefore designed to demonstrate and evidence
how its landlord service is supporting its overall attempts to
reduce the use of B&B for homeless households requiring
temporary accommodation
