the final outturn position of the 2012/13 capital programme be endorsed; |

2 |
the budget re-profiling projects into the Authority’s Capital Programme 2013/14 (total £4.778m) be approved, and; |
|
|
3 |
the consolidation of budgets associated with the Corporate Change Programme totalling £147.7k be approved.
