RESOLVED

that Cabinet:

|
|
- Approved the progression to public
consultation and submission to the Infrastructure Safety and Growth
Scrutiny Committee, thereafter for a PSPO at Access Road to
Dosthill Hall, Dosthill Park to be renewed and updated;
|
|
|
- Rejected, pending further monitoring
and evidence, that the proposals for suggested PSPO (Gating Order)
at Carisbrooke, Glascote.
