The Licensing Committee undertakes functions
conferred on the Council in relation to licensing (including liquor
licensing), registration, health & safety as contained in
Schedule 1, Part B (1-46, 56-70), Part C (whole), Part 1 (42) of
the Local Government (Functions & Responsibilities) (England)
Regulations 2000 (as amended).
To determine matters under
the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005.
