Minutes: A personal declaration of interest was received from Councillor R Pritchard regarding the application from Staffordshire Regimental Museum. This meant that as the Committee was not quorate for this item, it was deferred to a later meeting.
A later meeting was held on 6 November 2014 and Councillors S Claymore and S Doyle and Lara Allman Democratic Services and Elections Officer were present. |
