PDF 654 KB Minutes: The Licensing Sub-Committee considered an application from the Applicant for an adjournment under Regulation 11 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005, and determined that in light of the evidence tendered of the Applicant being unwell, to extend the time period for the listing of the Licencing Sub-Committee hearing to 18^th January 2024. It was considered in the public interest to grant the adjournment. The Licensing Sub-Committee confirmed that the matter is to proceed on the next occasion subject to extenuating circumstances.
