The decision for the consideration of an application for a review of the premises licence in respect of the Liquor Store, 10 Church Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7DH under the Licensing Act 2003 upon the application of Trading Standards this sub-committee determines:

 

RESOLVED:

the premises licence be suspended for a period of 7 days; and

 

 

Tamworth Borough Council, Licensing Department issue a warning letter re conduct
