(Report of the Assistant Director Growth & Regeneration) Minutes: That upon consideration of the application for a review of the premises licence under s51, Licensing Act 2003, the Sub-committee decision was to modify the conditions of the license agreed by Staffordshire County Council, Public Protection Trading Standards Team and the Premises licence holder on a permanent basis. That the current Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) be removed as the DPS.
