(Report of the Chief Operating Officer)

Minutes:

Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Town Police Clauses Act 1847, Private Hire and Hackney Carriage Driver Licenses – The Report of the Chief Operating Officer was considered.

 

RESOLVED:

That Members agreed to:

1.

Suspend the licence holder for a period of four (4) weeks.
