(Report of the Portfolio Holder for Heritage and Growth) Additional documents:
Minutes: The Portfolio Holder for Heritage and Growth is seeking approval to put in place a formal programme management approach and structure that will prioritise action by the Council to improve Tamworth Town Centre. Approval to develop a Town Centre Strategy is also sought to assist in identifying areas of weakness and potential failure with a focussed, co-ordinated response that will seek to improve the vitality and viability of the town centre for years to come. The town centre strategy will need to show how the Council can achieve a clear vision for the future to achieve maximum potential from the town centre and set guidelines for working together to deliver change.
