Planning Committee Members have received a dispensation for applications relating to the Future High Street Project for a period of two years starting from 5 August 2024 and to 5th August 2026.

Officers presented the item and responded to issues and questions raised, including impact on highways, parking and drainage on pitches at Rene Road, and additional signage to the exit of the development to eliminate accidents if cars try to enter the site at the exit and to allow emergency vehicles to enter.

Updates to Committee from Planning Officers Minutes: No formal updates for the committee and following a recent discussion on installation of tele comms masts more information will be provided at a later date.
