There were five votes for and seven votes against. The motion was not carried

 

 

A second motion was moved

 

RESOLVED:

That the application be deferred for consideration so that further information regarding ecological impacts can be obtained and the required further surveys are bought forward and the findings of the ecology conservation survey’s report be bought back to the Committee to assist with the determination of the application.

The motion was moved and voted on and there were six votes for and six votes against.  The Chair used his casting vote and the motion was carried.
