The development shall be started within three
years from the date of this decision. Reason: In compliance with
Section 92 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by
Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall only be
carried out in accordance with the application form, the supporting
letter and drawings unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local
Planning Authority. Reason: To define the permission.

Only one customer is to be booked in at any one
time for the dropping off and picking up of cats, and a gap of no
less than 30 minutes between customer booking slots will be
permitted. Reason: to ensure sufficient parking provision for
customers is provided at all times during operating hours and so
that on street parking does not occur as a result of the
development in accordance with Appendix C: Parking Standards as set
out in the adopted Tamworth Local Plan 2006-2031 and paragraph 123
of the National Planning Policy Framework

The outbuilding and cattery business hereby
approved shall not be occupied or operated until three car parking
spaces have been provided on the driveway of the site. Reason: To
comply with policy EN5 of the adopted Local Plan and as set out in
Appendix C.
