RESOLVED: |
That Members requested Cabinet to investigate the potential for High earning Council tenants to be charged a market rent with the associated objective to release Council Housing

That Members requested Cabinet to bring forward a fully costed proposal for green bin charging to Council including all of the associated implications for the area
