Purpose:
Mutual exchanges are currently promoted by
House Exchange and this is subject to procurement - the report will
detail the new provision and the updated policy framework for the
mutual exchange and incentive to move scheme. Tenants are at the
heart of this and have asked for it to incorporate tenant friendly
access which will feature as part of the report
