Report relates to the acquisition of new homes
on the former Wilnecote day centre site and sets out some
amendments required since the original report approved by
Council
Decision:
RESOLVED that:
1. The Council enter into an agreement with Capstone for the acquisition of the new homes to be built on the former Wilnecote youth club site.
2. The legal agreement as produced in collaboration by solicitors acting for both parties is approved as the final agreement document
3. Authority is delegated to the Assistant Direct, Assets to oversee delivery of this project once the agreement is signed.
