grant application rejected as the business plan did not show the demand for the business nor highlight how it would be niche to steer away from competitors.

the application be deferred as the proposed business had no defined product within the business plan and had no reference to qualifications to deliver the outlined services.

It was noted that the project completion date for the Community Together CIC grant of £500 awarded in quarter 3 2017 would be extended for a further 12 months.
