any agreed extension of time then powers were delegated to Officers to refuse

permission based on the unacceptability of the development without the

required contributions and undertakings as outlined in the report.

Approved subject to conditions, with amendment to Condition 9 to include surface water mitigation along the western boundary and subject to an additional Condition 19 as follows:

 

The first floor side window (landing) in plot 10 shall be glazed only in obscure glass (at least level 3 obscurity).  This shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

 

Reason: to preserve the privacy of the occupiers of the adjoining property in accordance with policy EN5: Design of New Developments as set out in the Tamworth Local Plan 2006-2031.
